Desde la plataforma podrás acceder al módulo de Seguro de Carga, donde llenarás un formulario con la información de tu embarque y uno de nuestros ejecutivos se pondrá en contacto contigo para asesorarte en todo el proceso, e incluso darte la tarifa de la prima que se cobrará de acuerdo al volumen de tus operaciones mensuales que tengas.
El responsable es la aseguradora, comtrade solo es el enlace entre el cliente y el proveedor del servicio, la gestión para cobrar la póliza la realizan nuestros socios (Los corredores de seguros) en conjunto con el cliente.
El pago se hace directo al corredor de seguros. El equipo de comtrade te hace llegar el certificado de la póliza con los datos bancarios del corredor de seguros.
- El asegurado debe enviar un correo a contact@comtrade.global incluyendo el certificado de seguro, fotos y cualquier documento que acredite la reclamación
- Comtrade lo manda a la aseguradora y la aseguradora recibe y verifica la documentación del reclamo, inspecciona y realiza el proceso de análisis.
- El asegurado deberá aportar información adicional en caso de ser solicitada por el agente de de la aseguradora.
- Después de un análisis rápido y cuidadoso, la aseguradora realizará el pago del monto aprobado.
